Two pools (Harbor and Consensus) hit a 90% subscription, which boosts all tiers with an additional 1% APR!

Additionally, subscriptions for the Legacy pool increased to 86%, giving it an additional 0.5% APR boost.
This boost brings the APR of the Legacy pool to 7.5%, a new ATH!
